Pengetahuan, Sikap dan Perilaku Remaja tentang Keluarga Sadar Gizi (Kadarzi): dengan Perhatian Khusus terhadap Pantauan Berat Badan dan Mengonsumsi Makanan Beragam {Knowledge, Attitude and Practices of Adolescence on Nutritional Awareness Family (Kadarzi): with Special Attention on Body Weight Monitoring and Consuming Varieties Foods}
Backgorund: Quality of adolescence strongly influence the future of a nation. Knowledge, attitude and practices (KAP) of adolsence on KADARZI, especially on the importance of body weight monitoring and consuming varieties foods will influence current and future health and nutritional status as well.
Objectives of the study: To describe adolescence's KAP on KADARZI, especially on the important of body weight monitoring and consuming varieties foods.
Methode: Cosssectional design was applied in this study. This study was conducted in 226 Posyandu in 6 provinces namely West Sumatera, West Java, East Kalimantan, West Nusa Tenggara, South Sulawesi and East Nusa Tenggara. The total number of samples were 970 adolscence of 4289 households. Purposive sampling was applied to select districts up to Posyandu, while households sample was randomly selected. Adolescence of selected households was covered in this studies. Knowledge, attitude and practices on severals nutritional aspect of adolescence were included in this study. Descriptive analysis was applied to get the description of nutritional awareness of adolescence according to KADARZI indicators.
Results: In general, the knowledge of adolescence on severals nutritional aspects was good; 90,6% adolescence knew the benefit of breakfast, 65% knew the symptoms of severely undernourish. While the knowledge on other nutritional aspects was low,
