Uji Aktivitas Antidiabetes Senyawa Aktif Dari Fraksi Kloroform Herba Ciplukan (Physalis Angulata L.) Terhadap Penurunan Kadar Glukosa Darah Dan Perbaikan Sel Langerhans Pankreas Pada Mencit Yang Diinduksi Aloksan (Antidiabetic Activity of Chloroform Fraction Sunberry Herb (Physalis angulata L) in Decreasing Blood Glucose Concentration and Recovery Cells Pancreatic Islets of Langerhans in Alloxan Induced Diabetic Mice)
Ciplukan herb has been used empirically as the antidiabetic medicine. The aim of the research at know the influence of chloroform fraction of ciplukan to blood glucose and recovery of alloxan induced Langerhan pancreatic islet of mice. This research used 6 groups of mice consist of normal control, negative control were induced by aloksan at dase of 100 mg/kg bw, third group were given by glibenklamid at a dase of 0, 013 mg/20 9 bw, fourth group at a dase of 0,5 mg/20 9 bw, fifth group at dase of 1 mg/20 9 bw and the last group were tested at a dose of 2 mg/20 9 bw. All were given orally for 14 days. Pancreatic body organ was prepared with Hematoksilin-Eosin (HE) coloring. The blood glucose and numbers of pan crea tic langerhan cells at day 14 were counted statistically by one way ANOVA. Result showed that dase of 0,5 mg/20 9 bw, 1 mg/20 9 bw and 2 mg/20 9 bw could decrease blood glucose and dase of 2 mg/ 20 9 bw was the same with g/ibenklamid at the dase of 0, 0 13 mg/20 9 bw. The dase of 0, 5 mg/ 20 9 bw, 1 mg/20 9 bw and 2 mg/20 9 bw could recovery, the numbers of pancreatic Langerhan cells but was not equal to with g/ibenklamid.
