Evaluasi Kinerja Mplementasi Standar Pelayanan Minimal (Spm) Pouteknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Surabaya Tahun 2010
The research method used is a qualitative approach, the research objective is to describe the performance evaluation of the implementation of Standar Pelayanan MInimun (SPM) Politeknik Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Surabaya in 2010. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, surveys, and literature study, by the method of SWOT analysis.
The study is the implementation of Service Standards Implementation Perspective satisfaction for stakeholders Figures achievements are in line with the target, except for the addition of a library book ls not actlJeved at all (O), Service for Perspective Management, Administration and Finance Figures achievements is in conformity with the target, Services for Education and Learning Process Perspective {Teaching and Learning Process} Ratio Lecturer in indicators with achievements Numbers Student 96%, moderate number of students per class is only 86% and other indicators are in line with targets, Service For Perspective development ethos and Cultural Employment (Ethos and Culture) for performance figures Number of visits to the Library Lecturer only 38%, white the number of student visits to the Library only 54%.
To improve the quality of education, Politeknik Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Surabaya shall disseminate to a subordinate at each level and Politeknik Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Surabaya apply Standar Pelayanan Minimun (SPM) continuously with the performance evaluation conducted everyyear.
