Kesehatan dan Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Tangerang (Health and Quality of Work Life on The Performance of Nurses at Tengarang General Hospital)

This study aims to see the effect and magnitude of health variables andvariable of the quality of work life on the performance of nurses working inTangerang General Hospital. Health variables include family medicalhistory, living environment, lifestyle behaviors, and health status. Crosssectionalmethod used in this study. Data were analyzed with the approachto Structural Equation Model (SEM) using software Smart-PLS. In this studynurses who serve in all services at Tangerang General Hospital waschosen as the unit of analysis with 250 nurses was selected as the samplesand multistage random sampling were used. The results of the analysis showed that the performance of nurses in Tangerang General Hospital wasinfluenced by all the variables which means that the theoretical modelproposed in this study can be used. The quality of work life of nurse was thegreatest predictor variables in the model that affect the performance ofnurses. Thus, this study concluded that the variable performance of nursesis affected by many variables with its influence was relatively small (6,16%).Therefore all the variables offered in this study will intervene not largeenough results to produce an excellent performance of the nurses atTangerang General Hospital and required additional intervention efforts onother variables.
