Analisis Kualitatif Amphetamine-Type Stimulants (ATS) pada Sampel Urin Hasil Razia Kepolisian yang di Terima oleh Badan Narkotika Nasional dengan Metode GC-MS (Qualitative Analysis of Amphatamine-type Stimulants (ATS) in Urine Sample Obtained from National Narcotice agency with GC-MS)

Amphetamine-type stimulant (ATS) is a group of substances that have similar properties like amphetamines. The ATS get serious attention, because it stimulates the Central Nervous Sysytem (CNS) as phamacological properties. The ATS in it’s misuse in young generation. This study aims to find out the ATS in urine samples and other content and it’s comperative result of ATS analysis by using rapid kit and Gas Cromatograpy Spektroscopy-Miss (GC-MS). The urine samples were obtained from National Nrcotics Board during December 2009 – January 2010. A preliminary examination (screening) has conducted by using the ATS rapid tesi kit (Toxi Lab) and followed by GC-MS analysis. The result showed that 58 of 78 samples of Methamphephetetamina ATS were positive result of rapid test kit.
