Kecerdasan Emosional dan Sikap Pegawai Menghadapi Perubahan Organisasi di Jurusan Keperawatan
The success of change In organization signifiacantly Influenced by the readiness of the organization to change, especially its human resource as a crucial element in changing process. Attitude and reaction of staff to change in turn increases the effectivity of organization change Itself. Emotional Quotients-EQ potential upgrading the well-understanding on affective implication of changing policy within organization. This study intends to seek the relation between emotional> quotients and the attitude of staff in welcoming the organizational change and organizational management in Jurusan Keperawatan Poltekkes Depkes Surabaya. It is an explanatory research. Stratified sampling procedure administered to recruit 91 samples. The data obtained were then analised using Chi Square to determine the relation between variables. The result illustrates that 57.1 % of the staff of Jurusan Keperawatan shows a moderate emotional quotients compared to 42.9% classified high.
