Hubungan Kejadian Post Date dengan Asfiksia pada Byi Baru Lahir di RSUD Dr. Hatjono S. Pomorogo
The incidence of cases of asphyxia in newborns in Indonesia Is 27%, which is estimated about 23% of all neonatal mortality that caused by asphyxia neonatorum. One ceuse of asphyxia neonatorum is post date. According to Data of Health in Ponorogo in 2009 were 92 (17%) ceses of neonatal asphyxia and B9 of neonatal mortality case, 17 csses of them caused by asphyxia neonatorum, while neonatal mortality targets in each region is 0%. The aim of this study to know the relationship between the incident of post date with asphyxia in newborns. The research conducted in the delivery room Dr. Harjono S. Ponorogo. This study is an analytical survey. The population is all women who gave birth in the maternity room Dr. Harjono S. Ponorogo who have a record of complete mediCiJI records from the months of January to December of 2009. The sampling use simple random sampling technique, sample are 77 respondents. Data obtained from secondary data, ie, medke! record. The independent variable was the incidence of post date and the dependent variable was the incidence of asphyxia in newborns. Data analysis by chi-square (X 2). The results showed almost the post-date neonatal have incidence of asphyxia, and rare of inciwence of post-date the baby was not experiencing asphyxia. Conclusion of research: there is a correlation between the occurrence of post date with asphyxia in newborns, with a strong degree of correlation.
