Perbandingan Kadar Soluble fms-Like Tyrosine Kinase 1(sFIt1) Serum Kehamilan Normal dengan Preeklamsi Berat serta Hubungannya dengan Tekanan Darah dan Derajat Proteinuria
Prediction and early detection of preclampsia is very important to reduce maternal and maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality. This researchwas to find out the difference of serum sFIf1 level between normal pregnancy and severe preeclampsia (SPE) and to determine the corelation of serum sFIt1 level with blood pressure as well as the degree of potentenuria. This was an analytic observational cross sectional study. Measurement of serum sFIt1 level using ELISA. Statistical analysis was performed by using chi square, t test. Mann-Whitney test, Spearman Rank correlation coefficient and diagnosis test cut-off point determination. The characteristics of the subjects in both groups were not statistically different (p>0.05). There was a significant difference insFIt1 level between SPE group and control group (3.827±471 pg/mL and 2,708±441 pg/mL subsequently;≤0.05). There were significant association between sFIt1 level and systolic blood pressure (p=0.042; p≤0.05), betweem sFIt1 level and diastolic blood pressure (p=0.041;p≤0.05), and between sFIt1 level and degree of proteinuria (p=0.012; P
