Paparan Propoksur pada Anggota Rumah Tangga yang Menggunakan Anti Serangga Semprot di Jakarta Tangerang, Bekasi dan Depok.(Propoxur Exposure in Household Using Sprayed Insectide in Jakarta, Bekasi and Depok)

Household pesticides are in general used continually in closed room enabling the occurrence formulation. This occumulation depends on several factors like the pesticide formulation, the route of its exposure into the body and the users behavior. Mostly insecticide exposure comes into human body through inhalation and dermal absorption. Lifetime Average Daily Dose (LADD) of an insecticide is an estimate of the average of daily insecticide concentration exposed on the community in a lifetime. The risk of cancer arising from the accumulation o insecticide in human body can be estimated from this LAD. For propoxur, a risk value tess than 1.10-6 is not significant, a value of 1.10-6-1.10-4 is marginally significant and a risk value more than 1.1-4 is significant in causing cancer. At present time in Indonesia still lack of evidence based data concerning the risk value of propoxur pesticide. To develop and implement policy on the use of sprayed propoxur, a study to determine propoxur exposure in household sprayed insecticide in Jakarta, Bekasi and Depok had been carrier out. This cross-sectional experimental study was done in two steps. A community survey was first conducted to determine the average dose, frequency and duration of propoxur usage. The next experiental step was laboratory simulation using results obtained from the first step, i.e. average dose 1.95 m/m³/day, to determine the dose of propoxur exposure that might into body through inhalation and dermal absorption using High Performance Liquid Chromatography. The Result showed that the lifetime average of daily dose exposed on the community in Jadetabek are average dose of insecticide spray used fan and AC are 1,48 x 10-4 and 1,31 x 10-4 whereas high dose of insecticide spray used fan and AC are 1,48 x 10-4 and 1,31 x 10-4 whereas high dose of insecticide spray used fan and AC are 8,94 x 10-5 and 9,30 x 10-3. In the other side average dose of insecticide aerosol used fan and AC are 8,44 x 10-5 and AC 9,30 x 10-5. Whereas high dose insecticide aerosol used fan and AC are 2,0 x 10-4 and AC 1,89 x 10-4. Risk value of average dose of insecticide spray used fan and AC are 5,60 x 10-7 and 4,92 x 10-7. Whereas Risk value of high dose of insecticide spray used fan and AC are 52 x 10-7 and 7,08 x 10 x 10-7. All of risk are safe.
