A case of young (20 years old) mole presenting with dramatic onset of weakness in all the limbs is presented. Patient had three such episodes in the past 2 years lasting for 4-6 hrs. There was no family history of such weakness. A diagnosis of hypokalaemic periodic paralysis was made.
