Comparison of Micro-Elisa Test in Tuberculosis Patients with Negative and Positive Culture (Perbandingan Hasil Uji ELISA-Mikro pada Penderita Tuberkulosis Biakan Positif dan Biakan Negatif)

This study was carried out on 61 sera from pulmonary tuberculosis patients; 35 sera from patients with positive sputum cultures, and 26 sera from patients with negative sputum cultures. The concentration specific against of the above mentioned sera was determined by the micro technique. The result showed that the concentration of specific IgG from patients with positive sputum culture did not differ significantly from patients with negative sputum culture.
