Review of the Modification Colposcopic Index as an Effort to Diagnosis of SIL on Patient by SIL Pap Test (Kajian Indeks Kolposkopi Modifikasi sebagai Upaya Diagnostik Lesi Intraepitel Skuamosa Serviks Derajat Rendah dan Tinggi pada Pasien dengan Tes Pap Lesi Intraepitel Skuamosa)

Objective: To determine cut off point, sensitivity, spesificity and accurancy from modification colposcopic index. Design/Data test, descriptive, cross sectoral survey. Setting: Polyclinic of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Cipto Mamgunkusumo General Hospital. Subjects, patients. Participants: 73 patients which are SIL from theirs Pap Test, begining from January 1, 1993 until January 31, 1996. Main outcome measures: Cut off point (1), sensitivity (2), specificity (3), and accuracy (4). Results: Evaluations was made in 73 patients with modifications colposcopic index, the cut off point was 2, sensitivity of this index 100 percent and specificity 95.8 percent. Conclusion: Colposcopy diagnostic from this index become more simple, as well as its sensitivity, specificity and accurancy.
