Immunization Programme Audit (Salah Satu Pendekatan Pemeriksaan Program Imunisasi)

Immunization is one of the activities of communicable diseases control in man in our country which cost alocated more higher than the other activities. Thus, Immunization programme audit should be more important on Public health Service Improvement project. The prior problem is how to select among many immunization managements which first audited by the auditor, and than the using audit methode related. In these article, the writer tries to decribe the reasons and the realization of the audit method. The principles of audit method are; 1. To compare object data into immunization targets calculated data as criterias, or other criterias, 2. To evaluate the fluctuation of immunizable diseases curve weather it's stable, decreasing, or increasing trend, 3. To observe the change of vaccine's substansial and vaccine's ampoules.
