Doctor has the proper authorithies to support the administration of justies by fulfilled of visum et repertum requested as substitle of proof material. From this study will be reported 76 cases of visum et repertum from Deparment of Obstetrics and Gynecology consist of following item. Incidence of visum et repertum from actived reproductive period 0.027 percent of 15-45 age groups. The highest age of adultery, 21-25 years, 10 (33.3 percent) cases. The highest age of disavoided pregnancy, 16-20 years 8 (53.3 percent) cases. The younger age of violation about 8 years, and the younger age of disavoided pregnancy about 14 years. Most of visum et repertum cases not yet marriage 55 (72.3 percent) cases. By mean of the group analyses, the lower education 71 (93.42 percent) and the workless or the lower level at occupation 61 (80.26 percent) of cases, the higher the visum et repertum requested. According to the result of study it should be suggested that through increasing of education and greater extention of occupation opportunity, hopely, the incidence of violation adultory and disavoided of pregnancy will be decreased.
