Tuberculosis of the larynx-pharynx-tonsil are almost always secondary to an active pulmonary tuberculosis. A case of tuberculosis of the larynx-pharynx-tonsil has been reported. The biopsy revealed the tubercles and Langhans cell only from the larynx specimen. But with the tripple drugs of the antituberculosis, all the complaints and lesions in larynx-pharynx-tonsil showed a rapid and excellent result.
