The Diagnosis and Management of Antro Choanal Polyp (Diagnosa dan Penanganan Polip Antro Koanal)

Antro Choanal polyp is a nasal polyp growth from sinus maxillarys from the posterion wall or mucous membrane around maxillary synus excretory duct. Antro Choanal polyp must be distinguished from nasal polyp, augio fibroma and papilloma. Diagnosis of antro Choanal polyp can be made from several symptoms, besides from rhinos copy examination, secretory examination, radiologic and histologic examination. The treatment of the antro Choanal polyps is not similar to other polyp, since we have to consider several factors such as age, and the developing of patient's teeth.
