Anopheles sundaicus Character Supported on the Malaria Transmitted in Tarahan, South Lampung (Perilaku Anopheles sundaicus yang Menunjang Penularan Penyakit Malaria di Tarahan, Lampung Selatan)

A study was done at Tarahan village, subdistrict Tanjungan, South Lampung, a malaria's endemic area, we found that Anopheles sundaicus has a feeding and resting behaviour. Anopheles sundaicus's mosquito prefer to bite animal (zoophilic) and goes through a periode of relative inactivity in outdoor area during morning, especially at the fenced within the farm yard environment and bushes which in shaded area. Indoor area at risk during the night with a location area in hanging clothes or on mosquito-netting. By paying attention to these facts, will do much in eradicating the malaria problem in malaria's endemic area.
