Consumption Level and Inpatient's Perception toward Food Served at Azra Hospital, Bogor (Tingkat Konsumsi dan Persepsi Pasien Rawat Inap terhadap Makanan yang Disediakan di Rumah Sakit Umum Azra Bogor)
Image or perception and food quality of food served at hospital can be improved by food managing system on the food serving. Perception of patient to food served would influence the food consumption. The objectives of the study were to observe the nutrient level served, consumption level, and the perception of the food served at AZRA Hospital, Bogor, West Java. Result of the study showed that low level of energy consumed at the third class were due to low level nutrient supplied on the food. Positif correlation level between perception and consumption indicate that perception level of the patient would improve the consumption level of food served. To improve perception of the patient therefore, the food served should vary, good appearance and portion.
