Manajemen Pelayanan Kesehatan pada Jemaah Haji di Indonesia Tahun 2010 (Health Care Management of the Pilgrims in 2010, in Indonesia)

It needed manpower of health in health care management on qualification, to get optimalization in kinerja, to minimize mortality and morbidity of the pilgrims. There were many problems according to the pilgrims, i.e socioeconomics, behaviors, and so on, but the main problems were the providers themself.

The aims of this study was to assess health care mangement based on workload in mbarcasion and debarcation in 2010. This was a sub set qualitative study of the health care of the pilgrims in 2010.

The variables that were analyzed, provider, health care management, and workload. Descriptive analyzed and tri angulation of providers, pilgrims, and informans were used in this study.

The result of this study showed that most of the providers were phycisians, nurses and midwives who came from health port of fice, district health of fice and CDC- Environmental Health Laboratory of fice Time schedule of health care the pilgrims were two hours for 300–400 pilgrims.Physical examination of them were anamnesa. There were two differences of workload in the big embarcation and middle, but the costing both of them in the same system.
