Pengaruh Pemaparan Berbagai Konsentrasi Temefos pada Larva Instar 3 (L3 ) terhadap Morfologi Telur Aedes aegypti

Temephos has commonly been used as larvacide on Aedes aegypti control program.

The aim of this quasi experimental study was to determine the influence of different temephos concentration to the morfology of Ae. aegypti eggs.

The results showed that temephos caused the abnormalities of Aedes aegypti’s eggs. The abnormalities were in form of the eggs become thin, easily broken or cracked, and the shape of eggs were cut off.
