Studi Bioekologi Vektor Malaria di Kabupaten Kebumen Jawa Tengah (Study of Bioecology Malaria Vector in District Kebumen Central Java)

Kebumen is one malaria-endemic areas in Central Java. Efforts to control malaria has been done with the patient treatment and vector control. One of the factors the occurrence of malaria cases is not known bionomic malaria vector control is performed so in effective.

The purpose of the research is to get bionomic malaria vectors in Kebumen. Do catching mosquitoes in malaria-endemic areas with the body sling indoor and outdoor at 18:00 to 6:00. Breeding place larvae in mosquito breeding sites of Anopheles sp. Mosquito larvae were caught and identified. Based on the results of arrests and mosquito larvae in Kebumen obtained several Anopheles species, Anopheles maculatus, Anopheles anularis, and Anopheles balabacensis Anopheles flavirostris dan Anopheles. vagus. Anopheles maculatus is dominant species found on the sling body both indoor and outdoor. Some Anopheles sp mosquito breeding sites hole found in along the river and wellhead.
