Gambaran Pola Konsumsi Lemak, Protein dan Tekanan Darah Pada Pasien di Klinik Sai Bugar Care PP J
ABSTRACT.
Blood pressure is the pressure on the artery. Walls when the heart is pumping blood. Increase in systolic and diastolic blood pressure were settled called hypertension. This study examines the consumption of fat, protein, and blood pressure in patients visitants Sal Bugar Care Clinic. The type of observational and cross - sectional design. Data were collection by means of interviews an question naires recording us sampel identity and SQ-FFQ. Bossed on analysis of data of wick 76,9% had normal blood pressure and blood pressure abnormal 23,10%. Total of 76,9% with normal blood pressure fat consumption not good 75,0% and fat consumption is good 3.8%. The blood pressure is abnormal 21.2% fat consumption not good. A total of 76.9% with normal blood pressure 34,6% protein consumption is not good and 44,2% less protein consumption. The blood pressure is abnormal a most with protein less consumption 9,6% and a most with consumption not good. Base on the analysis fat and protein not only the affecting with blood pressure, but there are other factor susch as consumption of sodium, stress, and descent.
