Investigasi Kejadian Luar Biasa Diare di Desa Sempidi Badung Tahun 2011

On August 28, 2011, surveillance officers Mengwi 111 health centers reported that there been an increase in cases of diarrhea, especially in Banjar Sempidi Gede village because there are 73 patients reported diarrhea were treated at several hospitals and private clinics nearby, while usually only around 2-5 weelc diarrhea patients. To obtain a picture of the possibility of disease transmission patterns and causes of diarrhea that occurs and to investigate risk factors of diarrhea in the village Serval investigation is necessary. Thacking is done in the case of Banjar Gede Scalped ( Environment, and in beberpa hospital where patients hospitalized from SundayAugust 28,2011 to WednesdayAugust 31, 2011. To determine risk factors associated with transmission of diarrhea, disease is the chi-square test statistic (X2), and then performed a multivariate analysis with logistic regression statistical tests. Symptoms watery diarrhea that most (93.13%), abdominal pain (82.15%) and nausea (88.8.4). Description ofdiarrheal episodes showed epedendologi epidemic cline with a common type of source, with the highest in Banjar AR Gede (12.2%), by age group AR is highest in the age group 15-44 years old adolescents with AR a, 28.6%, with proportion of women who suffer from diarrhea by 26.7%.

Results of statistical analysis showed that bevariat fried noodles OR obtained the highest results which amounted to 16.667 with p = 0.000. Recommendations can be given of the results of this investigation are related to continuous officers to guide the catering company in the working area. Conduct an investigation immediately in case of similar events so that transmission can be reduced and the victim can be handled immediately.
