ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine fatherly clean and healthy lifestyle behaviors and environmental factors Elementary School in an effort to achieve the AIDGs in the field of sanitation in primary schools in the village of East Denpasar District Kesiman Kertalangu in 20151. This type of research is descriptive, with a survey approach and observation. Sample size ofsix elementary schools are three elementary Nand three private elementary school. The unit ofanalysis is the elementary school students in fifth grade, the school principal, classroom teachers and employees. of respondents in each sample dates back as many as II people.

The results showed that 2 SD did PHBS with a value of 50 percent, a 63 percent SD, 2 SD 75 percent and 88 percent of the elementary school. It can be concluded that 50 percent to 88 percent have done eight PHBs indicator is good and right. PHBs indicators are not or less attention means PHBs value less than 1.0 is on hand washing points with values of 0.27, 0.45 0.82, and 0.9, there arejive primary schools, latrines clean and healthy with value 0, 38 at the elementaryschool, regular exercise with a 0.73 score on the three SD, do not smoke the value of 0.7 on one SD, and weigh with a zero value in all elementary schools. For intestinal nematode worm eggs on the ground is not found in all primary schools. Suggested for further research, in order to seek more in-depth observation of the proliferation of PHBs in school.
