Research on Anti-Tuberculosis Drug relationship between CD4 cell counts in Tb - HIV co-inhered patients have been conducted in Jayapura hospital The aims of the study to determine the relationship between CD4 counts of Tb - HIV co-infected patients in Jcniapura General Hospital Subjects were all Tb - HIV co-infected patients who received antiretroviral therapy - OAT for 6 months 40 people and no HIV co-infected tuberculosis patients who had received antiretroviral therapy for 6 months 40 people This study is using Student's t- test to determine the relationship of OAT with CD4 cell counts. The result showed no increase in CD4 > 200 cellshum3 alter 6 months of therapy. with a mean pre- therapy CD4 cellsinun3 largest at 0-50. Student's t- test results are not signcant (p > 0.05), which means there is no difference in mean scores between the significant CD4 Tb - HIV co-infected patients who had received antiretroviral therapy and OAT - coinfected HIV patients without tuberculosis who had received antiretroviral therapy without OAT.
