Hubungan Antara The Lower Extremity Functional Scale (LEFS) terhadap Kekuatan Otot Fleksor dan Ekstensor Sendi Lutut pada Penderita Osteoartritis Lutut (Correlation Between the Lower Extremity Functional Scale (LEFS) With Flexor and Extensor Knee Strength Muscle in Osteoartritis Patient)
ABSTRACT
Introduction: Knee osreoartritis could &anemic disability due to fractional weight beankg mil¬vity disorder: This happens due to distorted muscle strength as the keypoint tojitnctional activity thatfurther risks into muscle disfienction. LEFS-Ma is a Bahasa-lndonesia4ronslated-and-adapted LISPS functional outcome measurement designed for patients with towor extremity musculoskel¬etal dysfunction (Crenbach Alpha 0.94: Split Half 0.8.2).
Objective: to evaluate the correlation between LEFS-ina and lame ficror (KF)and ea-tensor (ICE) muscle strength using HHD in osteoanriteS patient.
Methods.- Analytical cross-sectional observational study was conducted to 31 knee osteoarthritis subjects by measuring knee flexor and extensor muscle strength correlated to LISPS-ina.
Result: Significant correlations werefrund between gender to LEES-ina and KF-KE. (p
