Survei Entomologi dalam Rangka Kewaspadaan Dini Penularan Malaria di Desa Kendaga, Kecamatan Banjarmangu, Kabupaten Banjarnegara Tahun 2012
Central Java malaria case's decreases, either from number of cases or wide of region. Data from Central Java Province Health Office showed at 2012 malaria cases in Banjarnegara District residing in rangking two after Purworejo District with Annual Paracyte Incidence (API) as much 0.68 ‰ while Purworejo District as much 0.78 ‰. Until 2012 Banjarmangu Sub district, Kendaga Village is High Case Incidence area.
The aimed of this research was to know actual malaria vector situation in Kendaga Village. This research was descriptive with all night entomology survey methode and seeking Anopheles mosquitoes larval habitat. Survey had been done in Kendaga Village on June and December 2012. This research found all species malaria vector that found in 2001 that were Anopheles balabacencis, An. maculatus and An. aconitus. Wall MHD between 0.4 to .75 was found in 2001 and zero for 2012. MHD cage between 0.85 to 2.57 in 2001 and between 0.08-0.17 in 2012. Indoor MBR between 0.06 to 0.3 in 2001 and in 2012 was 0.02 . Outdoor MBR 2001 from 0.08 to 0.25 and in 2012 was 0.02. Trend of relative density was decreases than in 2001.
