Hubungan Induksi Persalinan Oksitosin Drip Dengn Ruptur Jalan Lahir Spontan Pada Persalinan Ketuban Pecah Dizi (KPD) di RSUD Dr. R Soedjono Selong Lombok Timur

ABSTRACT:

The incidence of premature rupture of membranes ( PROM ) occurs 10% of all pregnancies, the incidence of pregnancy at term varies 6-19% , whereas in preterm pregnancy insisdensinya 2% of all pregnancies ( 2 ) . From the results of a preliminary survey in Hospital Delivery Room dr.R Selong Soedjono East Lombok in January 2012, cases of premature rupture of membranes ( PROM ) , 127 cases , 66.9% was the oxytocin drip and the birth canal ruptured spontaneously 58.8%, as for the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of induction of labor with oxytocin drip spontaneous rupture of the birth canal at delivery premature rupture of membranes ( PROM) in dr. Soediono Selong East Lombok.

The research design used in this study is the analytic observation , and in terms of time using a cross - sectional approach , where the population is all spontaneous labor in women with a history of premature rupture of membranes ( PROM ) as many as 81 people, while the sample of all the action of oxytocin drip to induce labor spontaneous labor with a history of premature rupture of membranes at week - 3 s/d 4th July 2013 in the Hospital dr.R.Soedjono Selong by 67 people . The results showed the number of spontaneous labor in women with a history of premature rupture of membranes ( PROM ) as much as 823%. 17.3% labor does not spontaneously , induction action of oxyiocin drip induction 46.3% and not 56.7% as much oxytocin drip, having birth canal rupture 62.7%, 37.3% did not rupture , whereas of 31 people who performed the induction of oxytocin drip most experienced spontaneous rupture of the birth canal as much as 80.6 % and of the 36 people who did not do the induction of oxytocin drip largely escaped spontaneous rupture of the birth canal as much as 52.8% value p.value 0.006 or p < 0.05 , so it can be concluded that the act of induction of labor with oxytocin drip in labor history of premature rupture of membranes tend to rupture spontaneously birth canal.
