ABSTRACT

Heart failure is an end-stage for all heart diseases, its prevalence increases as population gets older. The causes among elderly are multifactorial, and often without typical signs and symptoms. The management consists of non pharmacological measures i.e education, diet and physical exercise, and medication to prevent remodelling and to alleviate symptoms..
