ABSTRACT

Fritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a gastrointestinal disease with clinical symptoms of bloating sensation art charge of bowel habit (diarrhea or constipation). The patnophysiotgy is affected by psychological factor. Missed diagnosis occurs because of non specific complains. Laboratory examination is needed to exclude severe organic disorders. Comprehensive pnarmacoTogic and non-pharmacologic manage¬ment we needed to reach goal or idea:merit and to improve patiensof life.
