Cases of HIV-AlDS have become a pandemic. Cumulatively, the number of AIDS cases reported since April 1, 1987 to March 31,2013 as manyas 103,759 HIV cases, 43,347 cases of AIDS, and 8,288 dcaths. Quality of life of people living with HIV-AIDS (PLWHA) can be significantly improved if they regularly conume ARV drugs. Operational research aims to obtain a model of intervention to improve antiretroviral medication adherence for PLWHA in Bandung City. Used quantitative and qualitative technical and PLWHA medication adherence assessed before and after the intervention, involving 20 people living with HIV in the intervention process for three months and was accompanied by the families of PLWHA as a companion to take medication, two case managers as agents of change, as well as support hospitals, health centers, and AIDS Commission.

Interventions' using integrated Concordance Model to obtain optimal results and it is effective for improving adhcrenee in people living with HIV antiretroviral (ARV) drugs. Needs to be disseminated coneordance model of adherence of PLWHA taking antiretroviral drugs in various areas to improve adherence to antiretroviral therapy and obtain input for the improvement of the intervention models that have been created
