Following the rapid growth of Information Technology (IT) every company is trying to get the optimum benefits by using computer for their data processing. The positive roles are obvious as well as the variety of presentations showed via several kind of software package programs. Computer is now replacing some administration works, from transaction processing into management control in order to support the Management Information System (MIS). Decision Support Systems (DSS) is one of the electronic data processing which had been designed to support the management and strategic planning of an organization. By using DSS, the decision maker could have tools in making their decisions via any routine informations and or external organization data and analyzing them. The aim is to support not to automate the product of any decision. Three responsiveness which considered very important in DSS are power, acessible and flexible. The efficiency of process in problem solving cycle would be very valuable to the development of information systems and here after to the organization itself.
