Toxoplasmosis is a highly serious disease, especially for preqnont. woman, because it can cause miscarriaqe to birth defect. Moreover, no visible typical clinical symptoms makes toxoplasmosis often confused with other diseases. This study was aimed to know how many women in the eight primary health care across Palu Municipality infected by Toxsoplasma qondli. This was a cross-sectional study where blood were collected from 412 child-bearinq age women and then esamined by USing ELlSA method. 3 samples (0,7%) were identified as lgM positive and 177 sa mples (42,47%) were lg G positive
