Penentuan Zona Kerawanan Leptospirosis di Kabupaten Gresik Provinsi Jawa Timur (Vulnerable Zona Leptospirosis Ditermination in Gresik District Bast java Province)

Leptospirosis is zoonotic diseases which is a health problem in Gresik District. Case Fatality Rate (CFR) of leptospirosis in 2009: 38,13%, in 2010: 33,33 % and increased 45% in 2011. Leptospirosis case in 2011 as much 20 cases and in 2012 tncreased ta 26 cases. The aim of this research is to determine ofvulnerable zone ofleptospirosis in Gresik District. This researchinq done from March until November 2012, using spatial anatysis and cross section al design.

Result: in 2012leptospirosis cases as much 26 (14 clinic cases and 12 confirm cases) which dominant by adult males as fisherman and farmer. Distribution ofleptaspirosis consist of 3 clusters: Duduk Sampeyan, Bungah and Gresik.
Leptospirosis case increasinq jn January un til April accordinq roinfall patern. Lan d usefor fishpond and farming, medium rainfall, lowland, medium veqetation, alluvial soil and existence of rats are environment variable that influence of leptospirosis case. High vulnerable zoneon cen ter 's Gresik district.
