Analisis Rencana Strategis Pengembangan Layanan Pendidikan Badan Layanan Umum (Blu) { Analysis Of Strategic Development Plan Educational Services)}

The purpose of this study was to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and create a strategic plan for the development of educational services. The experiment was conducted using SWOT analysis with a qualitative descriptive design of the 20 management leadership both internal and external parties who can provide information and have the authority to formulate a strategy and determine the condition of Surakarta Health Polytechnic. The results showed that all indicators of the external environment affect the process of organizing and implementation of educational services in Surakarta Health Polytechnic as a public service agency in the present and weaknesses include the availability, capacity and quality of non-faculty personnel, financial internal control system, and the availability of land practices. But developments in technology and health sciences education, and the absorption of graduates working In the field need special attention in order not to be a threat in the future to come. Strategic plan education services as the Surakarta Health Polytechnic majoring in public service agencies in the present and future is a new product and improve the quality of products or services.
