Sikap Mahasiswa Jurusan Kebidanan Terhadap Kompetensi Pedagogik Dosen Dengan Hasil Belajar Mata Kuliah Fisiologi (Department Of Midwifery Student Attitudes Toward Pedagogikal Learning Teaching Physiology Course)
Attitude is a reaction or response is still closed to an object so that student attitudes toward faculty pedagogical this will affect student learning outcomes. In the 1st half of the value of student learning outcomes for the course physiology majority ( 64.20 % ) satisfactory. One of the factors that affect student learning outcomes is an attitude. This research is analytic study with cross sectional approach. As the population in this study were all students of Semester II Midwifery Program Sutomo Surabaya, with a target population of 81 students, while the sample is part of the student, ie as many as 67 students. As the independent variable is the attitude of students towards teachers and pedagogic competence dependent variable is the learning outcomes for the course physiology. Data collection using questionnaire and documents Results of data analysis concluded that there is a relationship between the attitudes of students toward lecturers' with pedagogical learning outcomes student physiology course Midwifery Semester II Prodi Sutomo Poltekkes MoH Surabaya Surabaya. Most students positive attitudes toward pedagogical faculty, but it is not followed with good learning outcomes. It is recommended to students in order to idenbry other factors that influence learning outcomes.
