Analisis Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Perilaku Ibu Dalam Pemberian Imunisasi Hepatitis B 0-7 Hari (Analysis of Factor Yang Associated With Behavior Ibu About Granting Immunization of Hepatitis B 0-7 Day)
Vaccine hepatitis B must immediately be given after the born, as an effort prevention of of transmission of virus of hepatitis B from mother to her baby soon after birth (Varney et al, 2008:929). Based on annual reports in Puskesmas Recognize Big year-2011 occurred decline in coverage 'of immunization hepatitis B 0-7 day from year the previous. Purpose this study to determine factor of-factors anything on or related with mother behavior in granting immunization hepatitis B 0-7 the day.
This research design is analytic with the draft cross sectional. Variables research is Knowledge, Belief, and Role Family. Population in this research is the mother who having old baby 0-11-month in Kenali Besar District Year 2012 as many as 545 person. Number of samples on research amounted to 84 person using techniques quota sampling. This result of the research showed 58 (69.0%) respondents behaved good, 50 (59.5%) knowledge good, 46 (54.8%) the trust both and respondents with the role of family good 52 (61.9%). The results of analysis of relationship showed there are relationship knowledge with mother's behavior on granting immunization hepatitis B 0-7 the day (p = 0.056) and there is a relationship between of trust (p = 0.001) and the role of family (p = 0,000) with behavior of granting immunization hepatitis B 0 - 7 days.
Based on the the results of research above can be concluded that the there are relation between of trust and the role of family with granting immunization hepatitis B 0-7 day and not is no relationship between knowledge with granting immunization hepatitis B 0-7 the day. Expected for health personnel in Kenali Besar Puskesmas more provide counseling about immunization particularly the immunization hepatitis B 0-7 days so that in the future target immunization hepatitis B 0-7 the day can be is reached.
