Efektifitas, Kelebihan Dan Kekurangan Obat Anti Tuberkulosis (Oat) Paru-Paru : Oat Fdc, Oat-Kombipak Dan Oat-Terpisah Efficacy, advantage and disadvantage TB drugs: FDC-TB drugs, Combipack-TB drugs and Separated-TB Drugs

ABSTRACT
Tuberculosis (TB) has become a main infectious disease that causes high mortality rate in many developing countries such as Indonesia. The government has been applying the DOTS (Directly Observed Treatment Shortcourse) strategy in order to overcome TB. The anti TB drugs which have been used in Indonesia are FDC (fixed dose combination) anti TB, combipack anti TB, and separated anti TB drugs. This article is aimed to evaluate the efficacy as well as the positive and negative side of those anti TB drugs based on literature review. Several domestic and international references discussing on the efficacy of anti TB drugs have been analyzed using qualitative method. The conclusion related with efficacy as well as positive and negative side of those drugs then being described.
The result conclude that the FDC anti TB drugs showed better benefit in the treatment of TB comparing to combipack and separated anti TB drugs. In addition, the FDC anti TB drugs provides patient with more comfortable way to be taken comparing to separated-anti TB drugs. The FDCs which are packed for one dose only are easier to be distributed and to be taken by TB patients.
