Pengaruh Penambahan Fraksi Etanol dan Kloroform Buah Anggur Biru (Viris vinifera L.) Terhadap Kelarutan Kalsium Batu Ginjal Dengan Spektrofotometri Seftapan Atom (Effect Using of Ethanol and Chloroform Fraction of Grape (Vitis vinifera L.) on the Solubility of Calcium in Kidney Stones with Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry)
ABSTRACT
Traditionals drugs is used one of alternative for treatment kidney stone. One of them by utilizing grape blue (Vitis vinifera L.). This research aimed to know influence ethanol and cloro form fraction addition grape blue to kidney stone calcium solubility, It was analized with Spektrofotometer Serapan Atom (SSA) methocie by in vitro. 100 mg pollen kidney stone steeped in 10 mL ethanol fraction solution and blue grape extract chloroform with respective concentrations 0, 20, 40, 80, 160 and 320 pg/mL. Sample incubated in 37°C temperature for 3 hours. Sample was destructed with HNO3 and H2SO4addition and added by H20235 %, then were analyzed the degree calcium by using Spektrofotometer Serapan Atom (SSA) in A 422,7 nm. The result scaling obtained by data distributed normal and homogenous. Then result test ANOVA obtained by p < 0,05, show there is a difference mean between extract second degree with kidney stone calcium solubility, continued with test Tukey indicates there is a difference mean in each one solution test. Inferential that fraction ethanol and chloroform from blue grape ethanol extract own ability to dissolve calcium kidney stone. Fraction ethanol own power meltdown 3,3333 %, while fraction chloroform with 2,2101 % on contration of fraction 320 pg/mL.
