ABSTRACT
A research to find out of the given dadih and mixture of dadih with VCO on the condition of immune sistem (Leucocyte, Lymphocyte, Monocyte) in the male mice has been conducted. If it compare with another probiotic products, existence of dadih for probiotic foods have not been known by people, especially in West Sumatera. Based on this research, hopefully may give information about the potential mixture of dadih which comes from Alahan Panjang village, West Sumatera, and VCO with brand Bio Virco Phyto Omega as probiotic product, so that can be used for better food. Data processed by experiment method of randomized complete design, with factorial term 4x4 with 2 repetition. Where the treatment is : A factor which from Al, A2, A3, A4 is for the mice without treatment, yellow egg 2%, yellow egg 2% + Dadih 2%, yellow egg 2% + Dadih 1% + VCO 1%, and B factor which from B1, 82, 83, 84 is used for treatment time 0, 10, 20,30 days. Yield research shown not occoured a real different interaction (p>0,05) between treatment and treatment time yellow egg, dadih with VCO towards leucocyte, lymphocyte, and monocyte level.
