Peranan Kader Dalam Deteksi Dini Kasus Risiko Tinggi Ibu Hamil dan Neonatus

Abstract:
The number of maternal death in depeloving 0041iTieS was still high in prevalence no except in Indonesia. There were a lot of action that government did to resolve this problem, one of them werw called the National Movement of Safe Pregnancy ang Maternal Care, which were focused on society empowerment through increasing role of Healt Cadet in early detection of case in high risk for maternal and neonatal_ This was a descriptive study with Cross Sectional design, to observe knowledge level, behavior, attitude of Health Cadet and what was the problem and inhibiting factor, in early detection of high risk case of maternal and neonatal in West Lombok primary care working area. The study use Total Sampling with questioner data collected and FOE), after data were collected it was anaiysed descriptive. Result shows the low level of knowledge/education in 24 people (50%), good attitude 37 people (77,1%), and low behavior act in 21 people (43,8%). The problem influence came from society, Healt Cader, and Primary Care. From this study, hope there were in crease in frecuency of training for Healt Ceder and increase active to early detection of risk in maternal and neonatal, either at Posyanclu or Primary Care (Puskesmas).
