Efektivitas Waktu Daya Bunuh Baccillus thuringlensis Sebagai Larvasida Terhadap Larva Anopheks sp di Kecamatan Batu Layar Kabupaten Lombok Barat
Abstract:
Use of Boccilus thuringlensis (tecnar) in an attempt to eradicate the larvae of Anopheles sp as a vector of malaria in Batu Layar regency of West Lombok district every month with a dose of 1 liter / ha, or 0.1 ppm. The results Tatontos et al, 2009 with a biological test and test the effectiveness of field B. thurIngiensls is effective at doses of 0.1 ppm as larvasida. But the period of time effective at providing B. thuringiensis is not known. This study aims to determine and test the effectiveness of the power to kill B. thuringiensis as larvae of Anopheles sp larvasida for the Batu Layar regency of West Lombok district, either test the effectiveness of time in the laboratory and in the field.
This research needs to be done so that the period of delivery B. thuringiensis can be adjusted with the power to kill is effective at the time. The research method used was experimental in the laboratory to test the effectiveness of analytical and observational time on the field. The data generated is effective at appropriate time period to test the effectiveness of the dose in the laboratory and in field.
Test results of the effectiveness of the killing power of Baccilus thuringiends (tecnar) in the laboratory with a dose of 0.05 ppm; 0.068 ppm; 0.087 ppm and 0.1 ppm ranged from two to seven days. While the results of testing the effectiveness of the killing power of Baccilus thgringiensis (tecnor) in the field with a dose of 0.1 ppm ranged from two to seven days.
