Persepsi Perawat Terhadap Pelibatan Keluarga Omani Perawatan Anak Di Rsud Bima

Abstract:
The philosophy of nursing deal with family based on pediatrics perspective refers to some supporting elements, one of them is to facilitate the colaboration between nurse with the family in order to take care of child patient As a concept, this principal might lead the family to involve for taking care the child in the hospital. This research is qualitative study with fenoraenology descriptive approach concept which aim to obtain the description of nurse perception toward family involved for taking care of child in the hospital. There are four themes which obtained, those are the health promoting challenge for family, the optimizing of nursing goals achievement, the factor which encourage the family involved and the characteristic of family as determinant factor. The result of this research is expected to be considered in order to increase the model of nursing system deal with child patient which oreintation to family culture.
