Manajemen Stres Mahasiswa Baru
Abstract:
Stress often. occurs on campus., especially at the new students which is caused by a let of assignments, exams and new rules. Due to the stress that can not be managed, results in lower resistance that impact academic achievement decreases, thus the need for stress management in individuals, especially for the new students. Stress can be derived from the physical and psychological conditions such as anxiety and fear or social culture like living conditions, social conflict, and alienation. While the effects of stress, physically associated with the state of the body, emotionally associated with affective, intellectually associated with the ability to think and interpersonally dealing with imbalance personality. The fix can be done by training self efficacy and learning experiences from the actual state. From some opinions on how to deal with stress, by Huxley among which: be aware of the stress, do time out, plan self-care, time management plan, solve problems together and find support.
