Analisis Cemaran Pb Dalam Air Persediaan di Tangki Kapal Tarik

Usually to the water for the ship supply taken from the closest place to the port and so save the water put in the tank that made from the steel. In is possible occur the pollution of metal element especially timbale. Timbale is the metal element that has the high toxicity that endanger to the human.
The purpose of this research is to find out the existence pollution of metal Pb element in the water inside the dragger ship tank and determines the rate of pollution. Quantitative analysis is conducted by using method of spectrophotometer o atomic absorption with the length of wave Pb 283,3 nm. The taking sample in this research uses direct method of wet destruction uses acid nitrate solution. From with their average 7,28 ppm.
The result of method validation that has been conducted involves the linearity test, precisions test, accuracy test. In the linearity test it is obtained the correlation coefficient test (r) 0,99 and linear regression similarity of formal curve y= 0,01225x- 0,00095 by using Limit of Detection (LOD) and their each Limit of Quantization (LOQ) 0,061 and 0,2 ppm. In the precision test it is obtained the value Standard Deviation (SD), Relative Standard Deviation (RSD) and the detail precision of tools 1,212x 10-4; 1,98% and 98,02%.in the accuracy test is obtained the percentage value of average recovery and each systemic mistake is 88,43% and 11,57%.
The sample of water in the inside of dragger ship tank it has been detected the metal timbale pollution (Pb) that exceed of limitation rate that has been obtain in the PERMENKES 492/ MENKES/PER/IV/2010 is 0,01 mg/L.
