Most of the serum that have been examined showed negative result as 53.73% (215 serum), while most of the positive results for each serotype was Den-3 as 85 serum (21.25%), followed by Den-2 of 50 serum (12 , 5%), Den-1; 37 (9.25%), and Den-4; 13 serum (3.25%). The region which has four serotype distributions (hyperendemic) are Bekasi, Garut, Cirebon, Sukabumi and Tasikmalaya city. The city with the distribution of these three serotypes were dominated in the province of West Java.
