The research on "Community Knowledge, Attitude and Practice (KAP) about Lymphatic Filariasis in Madang Suku III Sub District, Oku Timur has been done with cross sectional design. This study is a follow up of studies about filariasis parasite periodicity in the village of Karya Makmur, Oku Timur. There were 377 respondents with proporsional random sampling methode. The data collection was carrying by quesioner. The result of this research showed that the respondent's knowledge about the causes, symthomps, transmission and prevention of lymphatic filariasis was still not good. Respondent attitudes towards the prevention eradication of lymphatic filariasis has shown a positive attitude. Whereas, the behavior of people with a habit out at night at risk in the process of transmission of lymphatic filariasis.
