Faktor Risiko Kekurangan Gizi Makro dan Mikro Kelompok Wanita Usia Subur Untuk mensukseskan Gerakan 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan
The nutrition and health problem among women at reproductive age may worsen the quality of the pregnancy resulting in children with low human resource quality. by understanding the problem earlier, further the efforts can be implemented through "first 1000 days of life" program. this study aimed to identify risk factors of macro- and micro nutrient deficiency (anemia and chronic energy deficiency/CED) among women at reproductive age (15-49 years of age)to support the success of "first 1000 days of life" movement. the analysis was conducted to 14,467 women at reproductive age obtained from Basic Health Research Year 2013 collected by National Institute of Health Research and Development, Ministry of Health. Data on mid-upper arm circumference as indicator of macro nutrient deficiency and hemoglobin level as indicator of micro nutrient deficiency was collected by direct measurement, while the other variables were obtained in the questionnaire. data was analyzed using logistic regression test. the result showed that the prevalence of CED, anemia and CED-anemia composite was 19.1%, 19.4% and 4%, respectively. the risk factors of CED-anemia composite was history of diarrhea, age, habit of washing hand after defecation and economic status. economic status improvement together with nutrition and health education are necessary to prevent macro and micro nutrient deficiency among women at reproductive age.
