Helminth infection and allergy are associated with elevated levels of IgE, tissue eosinophilia, mastocytosis, and CD4+T cells that initiating by secreting the Th2 cytokines IL-4, IL-5, and IL- 13. However, interaction between the factors was still unclear. This article try to review some articles that related with helminth infection, allergy, and immune system to figured out holistically to explain both diseases phenomenon.
