Flood is the most frequent natural disaster in' Indonesia. Flood stops all life activities, making all activities focused on its management. Health system and diseases management are ignored. There are many risk factors of flood associated transmitted diseases, such as displaced population characteristics, diseases transmission through unsafe food and water, polluted sanitation, flies; animals and mold, immunity level of the population associated with vaccination and nutritional status, and health services and programme in the time of flood. Knowledge of these factors can assist in management of better and more integrated flood management
